For 3 days I received messages from them saying they were going to deliver, but at the end of each day they sent a message saying I had chosen to re-arrange delivery (I hadn’t) I don’t think they could find my address, they did try to call one of the days but I was not able to answer the call. Anyway, they now say the phone has been returned to EE. I’m not sure how to go about arranging delivery or collection now?
