I pre ordered the Samsung galaxy watch 4, had the confirmation email and I haven't heard anything since. I can't track it on EE or on DPD.

Help!

@Kirsty98 Have you had a tracking number? An order number is not a tracking number. This order number starts with a XKO or XKN.
