Ordered my Galaxy watch 4 classic on the 13/08 but still no word as to when it will be delivered, has anyone had any luck extracting information from EE,?

I asked the same question before as I know some people who received it but got it direct from Samsung. The official release date is 27th of this month so we the ball should start rolling from tomorrow to know more information.

If your waiting to hear about the delivery for your Samsung pre-ordered watch or phone and u heard nothing from EE, if you have registered account with DPD then u should be able to view your order already. I got notification on DPD app showing my order for my Samsung 4 watch from EE and saying they expecting it shortly from EE, and it asked me to book the delivery slot for tomorrow. Even though EE order tracking shows nothing still. Go to DPD and register with ur primary EE number you used to place the order and your email that is registered with your EE

Would be nice if EE kept us in the loop as cannot believe for one minute Samsung is keeping them in the dark, expect they've already got them in stock but cannot be **bleep** to update those with pre orders.

Same here just checked and all it says is that my order is on track, no further details, I ordered mine on the 16th August

Thanks, have just checked EE ORDER is now showing despatched but DPD not showing anything yet and registered all my email addresses and primary EE number.

At least you have confirmation that it is being shipped, I ordered mine the day before your order but no confirmation at all when I check on EE

Cannot fault EE normally but afraid when it comes to orders it's diabolical, you place your order and then get a received email and then it goes dead sometimes for days or weeks and then DPD notification for delivery.

Yes all downloaded and mobile number and email address used for EE stored, what would really help is EE posting the tracking details on order updates
