Hi, you were unable to retain my business at the end of my contract on 16/08/2021, I have been provided a PAC code, I was told I can move my contract at anytime even though I planned to do this on 16/08 however I have now been sent a end of contract charge at £18.76? Why is this I said I was happy to stay until the 16/08
