Hi i ordered my update 2 days ago and have heard nothing about process normally it only takes a day or 2 for me to recieve the phone so this is strange. I ordered the Samsung s21 ultra in 128 phantom silver

I've had a check and that model is in stock. If you still haven't heard anything, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team to check everything's OK with your order.

im a new customer my order is on its way I’ve only received texts from dpd.. no confirmation from EE?
