Did you get a confirmation email for your order?

When you ordered, were you given any indication of estimated wait for delivery?

Hello Jon, yes i've received a confirmation email for my order. I placed the order 8 days ago on the website its says 7 days and i should receive a text message with delivery updates. How long it's usually takes?

It actually looks like they are in stock at the moment, so I would expect you to have them by now.

I would suggest having a chat with our customer care team so they can give you an update on your order.
