Phone return

Hi all.

I sent my mobile phone back , this arrived back with ee returns prepaid envelope this landed on Saturday after a few calls I know this is the case but still hasn't been scanned into the warehouse so I'm still awaiting my first message , then need a second message to ring 150 I am currently using a Alcatel phone and is far from ideal , can someone shed so me light on the situation. TIA

I've never been off the phone to them, they said it's still within there catchment period

I'm sorry your return hasn't been processed at the warehouse yet. It can take a little time for the phone to be quality checked after it has been scanned in.
