      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ordered the Sony WF1000XMK3 Wireless Headphones last week as an add-on to my pay monthly plan. I got a secondary email with my confirmation that it was out of stock, but according to the website it is in stock.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No update for over a week and the upfront cost has been refunded to my card and the order tracking just says '&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. '&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
