It's been a week already & still haven't received my new phone...instead I get bombarded with messages of letter I will receive and that I need to send my old phone back... this is really annoying and I start to consider of cancelling the order!

Yeah it was an upgrade and I did got the confirmation email but it was more than a week ago! The phone is Galaxy s21
