yeah, they have said they are investigating it, but they say the gps says he came to our road, it’s my daughters Xmas present & EE don’t hold much hope to sort it before

I think the same thing happened to me?!? How did you find your phone or get another sent from EE? I don’t have insurance either

@Eagle666... if EE are sending the phone to you then they would normally insure the delivery with DPD to cover loss or damage. The difficulty arises as above when the courier claims to have delivered it but the recipient hasn't received it.
