Back order on s21 22/6 when is it likely to be dispatched?

I upgraded on 22/6 to a Samsung S21 white 256gb, but it's just showing on back order. I was just wondering when it is likely to be dispatched. I've just sent back my phone on trade in so am without a phone in the meantime.

I've checked and that particular model and colour should be dispatched within around seven days from placing the order. So you should have it very soon.

Just wondering why did you send your phone when the replacement hasn't arrive? I was told to only send my phone once I have my new phone.

I did my upgrade online, so only had the email saying which date it needed to go back by, I didn't want a charge so sent it. Using an old phone in the meantime.
