When is my order coming?

I ordered a phone and early upgrade over the weekend and have the Customer Services Confirmation email but no money has been devoted from my account and I have heard nothing else. I can’t track the order either.
how do I know the order has gone through? When will my phone be dispatched?

Have you had any communication from DPD?

Did you order online or over the phone?
