    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my phone for free (3 days ago) (halfway through my contract) but the new phone i'm not happy with unfortunately so would like to return the phone and return to my previous plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whats the best way to go about this? (i haven't yet sent my old phone to EE as part of the exchange)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will my previous plan return as it was? i.e with same costs etc?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
