    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone/pay monthly contract yesterday afternoon through my account home. I chose expert delivery today between 12:00-14:00 but I haven't received anything about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No confirmation email or texts. No confirmation about the delivery. There is nothing in my spam folder either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log in to my account on my laptop or app on my phone there is no record of the upgrade as it keeps offering me other upgrade options.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, I definitely saw the order confirmed/thank you message on my screen when I completed the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this normal? It seems a bit odd to not get any email, text or have a record on my account home of the upgrade.&amp;nbsp; I thought when I logged in to my account, I'd have a "upgrade arriving today" or similar message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guess I will have to wait until 12:00-14:00 to see if it arrives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
