Confirmation email

I ordered an early upgrade through text message from EE_UPGRADE. It seemed legit and even sent me a pin code to enter.

After ordering my new phone I havnt received any confirmation email what so ever. No text. Nothing on 'my ee'. So obviously I started panicking that it was a scam.

I have now spoken to someone on the phone which says it is legit but I think this is ridiculous. If I order something online then I expect a confirmation email the second I click process order. This is standard with ANYTHING you order online and considering you clearly have a lot of ordering online I don't understand why you arent doing this? It is clear that other people have had this issue.

That's weird, I just got a confirmation email saying that I wrote on the forum but I'm still waiting for the confirm on the brand new phone I ordered like an hour ago...

Sorry to hear that you haven't got your confirmation email yet, those are sent out when the order has been processed.

I'm glad the Mobile Care team were able to confirm that it's a legitimate way to upgrade.

Hopefully, you have your confirmation soon.
