I didn't get my order yet or any text

Hi,

I have ordered Beats+ Pill as adds-on plan I ordered it 2 days ago and I still didn't get it yet. I have got the confirmation email with the order number but when I try to track it it doesn't give me any details. It says normally you should get it in 48 hours but still I didn't get any text from the DPD or any other delivery companies.
