No delivery a week later

Upgraded my phone last week.
phone was due to be delivered on 10th may however I worked that day so rearranged it for 12th when I would be at home. Stayed in all day- nothing was delivered but the dpd tracking said it was due for delivery. Nothing delivered that day. Rechecked dpd tracker and it said it would be delivered 13th at midnight as requested..... I haven’t requested a change in day. Unable to contact dpd, spoke to Ee online and they said it would come midnight......

so nothing arrived yesterday and dpd haven’t updated any tracking.... still no phone and no confirmation on when it will be delivered.
HELP as starting to think I’ve been conned or something
