I waited 2 years to upgrade my phone and when I done a trade in they said that my phone was worth 650 and they wavered that for my new phone is that normal should any phone cost 650 for an upfront cost

I'm not aware of any phones that have a £650 up front device fee.

I'd recommend discussing this with our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check what your trade in credit went towards.

So I had my Samsung 10plus 80 pound a month unlimited calls and texts 100g of data and I have anytime upgrade I waited 2 years for my upgrade which mean I keep my phone and I asked for my upgrade and they gave me unlimited Internet and everything and a kishi controller for 65 pound a month samsung 21 ultra plus it was an 650 upfront cost apparently does that sound common to you
