      <title>Pay today charged twice when upgrading online</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded my phone contract, and have been charged the "pay today" amount twice. How would I go about getting the second payment refunded?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I had placed an "early upgrade" last week, which had to be cancelled by EE due to a discount code error (I was then advised to wait until the normal upgrade period, which started today), and I am yet to be refunded the "pay today" amount on that cancelled order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All orders mentioned here were placed online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The double charge has been promptly refunded, many thanks (presumably to the automated system!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would still appreciate help regarding refunding of the pay today charge for the previously cancelled (by EE) order - I expect to have to call in, but given it is a bank holiday I thought I'd try my chances here first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
