I received a text about upgrading early so i went ahead and placed an order for the new purple iPhone 12. I saw on Apple it’s due to be released on Friday 30th April. EE website does say customers will received the phone the same day it’s released

I had a confirmation email (with no delivery date), but nothing has updated in the myEE app and i haven’t received any further communication about the the due date.

when will i receive my order?

sometimes when you place an order the system may not process it so it will go to a back office team and can be waiting days from original order date. Best thing to do, call EE , go through to ‘Digital Sales’ and give them your reference number. They will either tell you if it’s processed if not, they will process it for you.
