Upgrade disappointed

I have ordered a new phone and I’m waiting for it to be despatched I work nights so can’t call during the day . I have a slight hearing problem so thought it would be easy to order my phone on line . Oh no !! Not so easy they won’t despatch until I call and it’s shut when I’m awake . I have worked all through lockdown and would like a nee phone very disappointed

Did you get an email to say that you needed to call a specific number?

Our Customer Care team are open from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am - 8pm on weekends.

Please don't post your order number or any other personal information in the community.

To get your order completed, you would need to call the number provided in the email.

If your wife is set up as a password holder, she can speak on your behalf.
