      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; moved outside the UK for work. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to&amp;nbsp;upgrade to a new phone. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is EE delivering outside the UK? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also as far as I know they ask to call a number to confirm the upgrade, but I cannot call EE because at the moment outgoing calls from my UK number are not possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, as I previously said EE will not deliver outside of the UK. It is a UK company catering for permanent UK residents who might take the odd trip abroad for a few weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
