Hi still waiting for delivery of my tablet, order confirmed, and since 11th April waiting for a dispatch date, never waited this long ,order was end of March

Hi Leanne

this was my order and I had confirmation of order on the 28th March , and than another email to say it was on back order, than on the 11th April EE support sent another email to say it was on track and awaiting delivery confirmation and nothing since ?

Thanks for the quick reply.

If the device is on back order you will get updates to let you know this is on track.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will get a text or email from DPD with delivery details.
