When doing the online trade in do you have to send the phone in the original box and send it with a charger? Or do you just send the phone?

You will be sent packaging for the phone when you trade in.

What’s the UN number? I’m sending my phone back using the trade in, however I feel the packaging supplied won’t protect my phone so during transit so would rather use my own packaging/box, do I need to just use the returns label provided and stick it on my own returns packaging??

I have revived the pack with the return details in, I’m asking do you have to use the packaging provided or can I send the phone in my own packaging so it’s more secure?
