    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to order a phone since last week Tuesday, I don't understand why customer have to be treated this way. It's more than a week now and all I'm being told is call back again, wait some days. Why all these stress and difficulties just for a phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE is not communicating with me, I have to call to learn what's going on. This is the worst experience I've ever had.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The digital sales team is just pushing me back and forth. The phone have to get to EE warehouse then returned then I have to call again to reorder it, it's more than 8 days now. The upfront £400 I paid is still hanging and I'm left stranded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why they're doing this to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
