I had a confirmation email qbout the product i ordered said it will be delivered within 1 day. I havent had any other contacts of when and if its coming i still havent recieved a tracking number either.

I have the same issue. Ordered a phone that was in stock on Monday and still hasn't been despatched or had tracking number. I get that we are still in covid but they shouldn't be taking 3 or 4 days just to send out a phone
