Ordered an Apple Watch two days ago and had no more emails or texts since. No idea where it is as I can’t even track it and no one seems to be helping me. I have a confirmation email but nothing else

I also order an Apple Watch Series 6 44mm Aluminium Case in Space grey on the 26th of February. I haven'r received any email form DPD or from EE apart from the confirmation email and Im not able to track my order. I have called 150 but its really hard to get to talk to someone.
