Ordered an iPhone 12 pro max 512gb graphite on Wednesday. Still no date for delivery? Shows in stock on site?

The current delivery guidance for that model in our online shop is 'expect dispatch within 28 days'.

This is an upgrade trade in, and it’s expected dispatch is 24hours. The person I ordered with said within 7days also. I have the transcript. I wouldn’t have upgraded to that model if it said 28 days. And to which it didn’t.

I'm sorry you weren't given the correct delivery timescales when you ordered.

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch on 150.

So can you explain why on my order tracking it says “expected dispatch 24hrs”
