Hello, I'm waiting on my new phone delivered. It said DPD attempted delivery on Wednesday but no one did. Then it said Thursday there's difficulty so it'll be Friday. Come to Friday (today) I've got a text message off royal mail, I put my postcode in and it says no recognised for tracking. I've checked my address in my account and its right, what is going on?

What was the text message from Royal Mail about? That could be unrelated to your DPD order.

Have you heard from DPD today?

Thanks for your reply. No I haven't heard from DPD since they said they'd tired to deliver. I was home when they said they'd tried which confused me

That's the other thing, I did all of this over the phone. I can't find an order number and I haven't received an email either. But on my account my new order is on there, new price etc
