Hi there. I want to order the new Samsung with smart benefits but it won't let me without trading in my old phone but I don't want to trade my old phone in as it's going to my son. Is there a way around this to still get the phone and the bundle without trading in the phone?

@Katie_B I'm with 3 and I'm due to upgrade now, so it will be a new phone/contract with ee. My broadband is already with ee so I want to move my mobile over too but the phone and bundle I want to get is only saying I can get it if I trade in my phone.

@Katie_B I'm clicking on new device then going down to silver 128gb, unlimited data, £30 up front and then £70 a month

The plan your selecting is highlighted as a trade in plan.

If you have no device to trade in and wish to start a new contract there is the plan of Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 100GB for £79 a month £30 upfront.
