Placed an order for an Apple Watch yesterday updates for delivery are going to my add on sim which my little lad uses, how can I check which phone number will be linked to the watch

I can’t remember seeing an option of which number to select.

This can be linked when you set up your Apple Watch as long as all devices are under the same account.
