Now when I log in on the site its appearing your not eligible for upgrade. When I use my tracking number it says awaiting approval. lm so confused becouse on December I made a contract in one of your stores and&nbsp; your colleague ensure me that after 3 months I can get whatever device I want without giving any upfront. This is why I did the contract at the end.
