      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thin EE need to look at BrightStar they have had my phone for over a week and I have had zero confirmation of receipt of the phone or anything, luckily for me, I sent recorded and insured&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Brightstar, I am guessing you haven't tried to contact them, just let's say you have more chance of going shopping with Lord lucan for a ps5 and taking all your shopping home on shergar. I spent 2&amp;nbsp; hours trying to get through,&amp;nbsp; EE customer service phone staff&amp;nbsp; amazing,&amp;nbsp; brightstar phone staff do they actually have any?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
