      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've ordered a replacement sim for prepaid three times now and none have arrived. I've waited for 3 weeks all together now and my account is topped up. What else can I do for the sim card to arrive?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

EE send you a message if your ordering online to confirm it’s you that is ordering the sim obviously this can not happen if your sim isn’t working. It even states you need to call if your sim isn’t working on the online order form.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
