I ordered a sim only deal over the phone Thursday the12th!! Today it’s Tuesday the 17th! And I can’t get hold of anyone to confirm it’s coming???

@niamhw74 A email confirmation is a automatic reply to your order it’s not a guarantee of being accepted. You should get something within 10-15 mins. Try looking in your spam/junk folder.
