Returns Pack not received

Just had another reminder txt from EE, to return my handset as part of the trade in deal. Ive never received the Pack! Absolutely ridiculous service. Now threatening to charge me if it's not returned! I can see I'm not the only one to be in the position!

Have you spoken to Brightstar? They'll be able to check what's happened with your original pack and re-order another if needed. You can find their contact number and email address on the Trade in website.

EE have you tried?it's taken me 7 attempts on hold for 59 minutes each time (incase you get charged after 1 hour) listening to the most annoying piano music whilst waiting to speak to an advisor.finally after 49 minutes on 8th occasion managed to speak to someone.
