Received a quote and prepaid envelope, I posted this using special delivery on 5/2/21.</P><P>Last night I received an email saying the phone had not been received and the quote given is due to run out in a few days. However, I tracked my parcel and its says delivered (8-2-21) and has proof of it being signed for.
