Hi, i have received my confirmation email for the Iphone 12 Pro Max in gold, and on the email it says it would be delivered today, however i have not received any updates regarding delivery since placing the order on the 8th of january.

Seems as though they are having shipping issues with Apple since brexit. I am still waiting on a delivery for an apple product myself.

the point i’m trying to make is, your colleague told me that it would be delivered today as that was the only iphone 12 available at the time, i payed extra for this phone as i need one urgently for my job. it may be out of stock now, but it wasn’t at the time i ordered it. so where is it?

Just to let you know, it took me 45 mins to get through yesterday. Customer service is great but they’re just putting out fires and can’t help much apart from switching device to one that’s in stock. Obviously, it didn’t work well for you either.
