Hello so ive upgraded my contract and i got the new s21 ultra plus ear buds trough chat upgrade and the assistant said that i have to go somewhere on samsung to get my buds....but i don't really know how to do that and where.I need some help here.Thanks!

You need to download and claim through the Samsung Members app

Hy thanks ive allready got samsung members in my phone but i still can't find anything related to claiming them buds.Thanks!
