How long do EE take to dispatch an upgrade phone it’s been 3 days now I’ve still not had an email from them, I’m getting impatient now😢

128gb in size, they had the one i wanted on stock just don’t know what the delay is

My order have gone through as i spoke to them they said it can take upto 7 days to deliver but if it’s in stock and I’ve paid nearly £7 delivery surely it would be here before 7 days😔

Even Apple are stating about 2 weeks for your variant and color.

So 7 days is not late yet.

The phone comes straight from Apple to you.

If they don't have it in stock they can't ship it.

The current delivery guidance for that model is dispatch within 14 days.

You'll receive a text from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
