Phone hasn’t arrived and no updates

I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro on Sunday and got told hat it’s be delivered for Monday which I waited at home for then it didn’t arrive and I’ve still had no further updates from either ee or DPD

Ok but when I ordered it on Sunday it said dispatched within one day and
then I also had to ring ee to process the order through and the guy said
it’ll be delivered Monday and took £100 of me how do I know I won’t get
CHarged in March even though I don’t have the phone

It’s fine John I spoke to a employee on live chat and changed my order to
the blue pro as we both agreed waiting for the black one is a long wait
