Delivery??

It’s been over a week since I upgraded my phone and the phone is still showing awaiting to be dispatched?? Anyone else experienced this and know how much longer it’s likely to take.

S21 by any chance? I was the same, pre-ordered but stock ran out. Now the model I ordered is showing as back in stock but no update on my order.

I ordered an IPhone 12 128GB in the blue colour and a navy apple watch series 6 on Saturday and still nothing. The tracker just says it can't track the order right now wait for a message from DPD. I thought I'd have a message by now. Any help please

I have checked and can see the iPhone 12 128GB in Blue is currently in stock.

The Apple Watch S6 in Navy 40mm and 44mm are both also in currently in stock.

If you have received no update of your order I would recommend giving us a call.

The phone is available to order and we will deliver once we receive stock from the supplier.
