Pre order confirmation

Received my new phone which had to get replaced the next day as it didn't work .. no paperwork but I have never ever had any pre order confirmation so I can claim the free earbuds and smart tag etc can anyone advise please

Ok I know what is required for it but I don't have any of it as nothing was emailed or even sent with phone

If you contact our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to send you another proof of purchase document.
