Samsung s21 ultra delivery

Hi,

I ordered a Samsung s21 ultra in black.

I see multiple places saying when it will be out for the UK but EE have just put on launch.

I wondered what date that would be ? And if it is likely to get it on time. I'm assuming the 28th is the launch date from what I have seen

The S21 is released on the 29th. If in stock and the order is accepted in time, it should ship on the 28th for delivery on launch day.

I ordered day of pre announcement but on the order tracker it still says delivery date Awaiting confirmation still

Yeah I done the same had it on order since we could order I just home its not like the iPhone launch

The launch date is 29th this will be the day many people will get it.

But yes there will be people who don't as it's a flagship phone from Samsung. Samsung won't be able to keep up with demand.

Pre ordering is not a guarantee you'll get it at launch.

Thanks I've not recieved anything from dpd about my pre order so will most likely be next week ill get it. They did say on the phone it would be 3-10 days after launch but i saw on the website it said to expect it on day of launch.

Just been on the chat with EE and this is what they said in a pre typed text so they knew there was an issue.

Unfortunately due to delays in shipment from the manufacturer, we aren’t able to deliver your pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB on launch day, but it will be with you within 7 days after launch. To say sorry, Samsung and EE would like to offer a £50 goodwill credit, which will automatically be applied to your next bill. Thanks for your patience.

Its a shame as the website says in stock and ready for 24hr delivery which obviously isn't true

The current delivery guidance for the Phantom Black 512GB model in our online shop states 'Available to order. Expect dispatch within 14 days.'

Had mine arrive today. Dispatched late last night.
