Trade in on S21 Ultra

I have traded in my S10+ for a S21 Ultra. I have now received my S21 but am i supposed to receive a returns bag to send my S10+ back? I havent received any information explaining what i am too do.

The returns bag for the trade in will be sent separately to your phone, once you have this just follow the instructions to return your Samsung to us 🙂
