S21 ultra delivery

Hi peeps

Just wondering if any1 has had any update on the s21 being delivered tomorrow. Alot of people in UK on other networks have already received theres but i havnt had any update yet?

Hi, I ordered this handset earlier this week, hoping to get it on launch day (tomorrow), as stated on your website and by the colleague on the phone.

Yet, when I look at my order it is not ready for despatch.

Can you please help?

It will like go for Dispatch today to get to you tomorrow - I've never had EE not deliver on the 'guaranteed' date

Hey - we can't really help you for 2 reasons:

1. We don't have account access

2. We don't work for EE

I'd imagine you'll get your device tomorrow - other people may have got their phone as some network collab with Samsung to get a special deal "get it early/before launch date, ONLY ON THIS NETWORK" etc

New technology is very exciting and I hope you enjoy your new S21 Ultra

I swap between Android and iOS and i'm currently on a 12 Pro Max. I was so excited to get it.

I had the S20 Ultra last year and the camera really put me off. I hope the S21 ultra is better

I've never been an ios fan but the fact the 12 films in Dolby Vision really intrugues me.

I just received an email notification from EE saying that my phone (S21 Ultra) will be delivered tomorrow so I'm assuming people will start to get the same throughout the day.

I'm exactly the same, I hate not knowing. The email said it was from EE/DPD and let me chose a delivery time slot. I did track my order via EE link sent to my phone and it still says awaiting confirmation for expected delivery date do that might not change until later on today.

Got an email from EE saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I also got a link to track my order with my parcel number.

I pre ordered mine exactly a week ago still no update yet. Anybody else received confirmation and ordered after me. I just want to know im a eager beaver too. My order is currently not tracking.

I ordered mine on the 20th and recieved confirmation right away. Latest
update from EE, it's with dpd. Give them a call, also check your spam
folder just in case.

I ordered mine on 21st January and received a despatch confirmation from DPD/EE this morning around 7am

Just spoke to EE and they said i should get a message by tonight with delivery for tomorrow.

A lot of customer got a text yesterday saying their device was going to be delayed by about a week. If you didn't get that message then you should be receiving your new phone tomorrow.

Unfortunately due to delays in shipment from the manufacturer, we aren’t able to deliver your pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB on launch day, but it will be with you within 7 days after launch.
