I have just done an upgrade on the phone and they said I would receive a text message for the courier does anyone know how long this will take

The iPhone 12 in Green, is currently showing in stock for the 64GB and 128GB and expected dispatch is within one day.

DPD will message you with delivery information once your order has been dispatched.

So I have ordered it but it seems weird I have not received no email off EE or DPD confirming the order as it’s been paid for

You don't always get an email when you upgrade over the phone 🙂
