Positive feedback customer service

Hi,

I was very close to leaving EE but received great customer service by Ruheet who convinced me to stay with EE and offered me a decent package without sounding like a robot reading off a screen.

I think the service EE provide is very helpful and friendly. I must say I'm totally glad I don't have to go through the headache of changing numbers or having to deal with rude customer service people from other providers. Ruheet was very knowledgeable and tried his best to meet my expectations!
