Went for the plan which would take my S10+ as a £350 trade in. But my conformation Email says different about the trade in deal, and says £150 for a Iphone 7 or Samsung S9, Which I have neither of. The rest of the plan details are all correct, just the trade in offer. I tried calling CS, but haven't got the time at the minute to sit there and wait for someone to answer. So I thought next best thing was to jump on here and ask.
