Confirmed but no delivery date or tracking?

I’ve ordered and Apple Watch and added it on to my plan it says it’s confirmed and would receive a delivery date which it says delivered in. Day but yet not received anything but can guarantee payment will be taken for it on my direct debit 2nd time this has happened to me now not very happy!
